63 frame stencil

Did any of the early 63 Corvettes have the frame stencil on the left side. I believe most 63,s were stenciled on the right side. I am working on sn 870X.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

dave: can't answer the question for sure, but i have a quanta stencil for a dec 62 build date . if you'd like to borrow it, let me know. regards, mike

I am aware of original, unrestored cars built in March and one in May/June that has the stencil on the left.

Dave....my Decemeber produced 1963 (4300) had the stencil on the traditional right side...fyi. Mike #28614

I hope that I can get some more responses that can define the date that the stencil was changed from the rh side to the lh side.
Mike said his 4300 dec car is on the rh side and Gary knows 2 original cars built in March and May/June that are on the lh side. Hopefully someone has a car with a serial number closer to my Feb car with 870x sn.
