C-1 WS Wiper Arm Bezels - Differences?

Another question from my passel of collected C-1 parts.
There are two sizes of windshield wiper arm conical-shaped bezels. One is shorter than the other. Both have same size bases. Shorter ones have numbers cast 88218-1 and 88217-1. Taller one has number 88217-3. Please tell me what years they fit.

Here's a photo of the windshield wiper arm bezels in question showing 3 of the same size and a larger (taller) one in the upper left corner. If memory serves me correctly, the smaller ones fit 53-55. If anyone knows what the larger one fits, please post the answer.
