Chassis blackout, what little there was for C3, was performed with the chassis complete and just minutes away from body drop. Basically, the only item that received a direct hit of blackout in the area of the rear control arms would have been any overspray from muffler blackout so the control arms most likely would have received near zero.

The undercoating process for wheel wells was performed hours before the body was anywhere near the chassis so there would be no undercoating, at all, on any chassis components. Hope this helps.
