Need C3 firewall / hood latch repair help

My upper firwall cowl area where the latch studs / bolt plate is riveted to the upper cowl (passenger side) has been repaired, but not very well. What is the best way to repair this? Is there a repair piece that can be re-riveted and glued in to place or is it best to replace the entire upper cowl?

Any suggestions on where to get the fiberglass parts?

You need to buy a section of a parted out corvette of your year and blend the seams at the best place so the repair won't show. C-3 firewall parts should be easy to find from one of the vendors who part out corvettes.
