Picture of 67 BB smog bracket

Can anyone send or post a picture of the smog brackets for a 1967 Big Block car and a 1968 Big Block car. I am looking for some if anyone knows of one/s for sale. Thanks

real 67 bb smog brackets have GM in the casting wheras the repo's of the early 80's lacked the GM logo. i have one on my 67 if you care to come look at the setup. in maryland. mike

I have a 1967 GM #3882831 bracket in my used parts collection. Used parts are the "blacksheep" of my collection and are, "by definition", inaccessible. So, I can't get you a picture of that one. However, I do have a GM #3919890 bracket handy. That's because this is the one that's going to reside on my "ZL-1". So, I have included a picture of it.

The 3919890 bracket used to be reproduced. However, as far as I know, the reproduction was "discontinued" quite some time ago. I didn't know that the 3882831 bracket was ever reproduced, but if Mike's seen them, I guess it was.

I don't know of any for sale.

original 67 bb smog pump brackets were cast iron as was the repo's that lacked the gm logo. don't know applicatrioon of the stamped steel bracket joe posted but it's not a 67 BB pump bracket. mike

Yes, the GM #3882831 bracket is a cast iron bracket. No doubt about that, at all. The bracket shown in my photo is the 68-74 Corvette-only, big block AIR pump bracket as the inquiry asked for photos of the 67 bracket and the 68 bracket. I think I did forget to state, though, that the bracket pictured was for 1968 application part of the question.

By the way, I think that it's possible that some very late 1967 with K-19 might have used the 68+ bracket. I have seen a few late 1967's with AIR that I believed to be original that had the later bracket.

Yes Joe on the late bracket

Joe, I have heard that myself that the later 67's had the 68-72 style A.I.R. style bracket and may car had that bracket on it. It is a late May car. AND thanks for all help and thanks Joe!!! Thanks Larry
