Two engines numbers

First one is V0427OUB
I'm thinking V=Flint 04=April 27=27th What is OUB though

Second is T0716CMR

I'm thinking T=Tonowanda 07=July 16=16th What is CMR though

There was no "OUB" suffix - I think you'll find it's "CUB", which is a '75 Corvette 350/165hp, or a '77 or '80 passenger car 350; the casting date will determine which one it is.

It was hard to see if it was a C or 0 as it appeared that the digit wasn't setting square. Makes sense to me ..........now
