Correct alternator for 67 L79 with AC

Hi, What is the correct alternator, the AIM says 1100694 talked with John Pirkle, he states that the 1100694 was used up until near the end of the model year 1966 and that 1100750 was for 1967. I looked up threads in the archives and they have differing answers. My car has a Oct 31, 66 build date. Thanks

Terry. I've got a 327/300 hp A/C car. I have the 750 alternator. My car is no. 20649.

my 67 400 hp c-60, vin 8272, had a its original alternator, a 750. mike

My 67 327/300 with AC has the 750 VIN# 7471

Terry -

Do you have the '67 JG? It shows the 750 being used interchangeably with the 694; the car is judged against the JG, not the A.I.M.
