Hi Tom,
I don't know who you use for a vendor now, but I can contact a counterpart at Honeywell Areospace and see if I can help you out or put you in touch with someone to talk to. They were having all their aluminum furnace brazing for precoolers done by Lori (sp) in Oklahoma and then I think they bought the company. However they recently moved the job that I am familiar with to Mexico.

Newport News Shipyards, Norfolk, VA. My experience is 20 years old, and I was the EE not the ME on the project but we were looking for suppliers to braze Al computer cases - about the LxW of a radiator. NNS was willing to do prototype and very limited production - and of course had big equipment (aircraft carriers not high production). At that time they were anxious to expand their business outside shipbuilding. Could not find a business card

Tom, indeed this is not good news for our hobby because we have become comfortable with your great product and your great customer service. We will be kicking ourselves for putting off ordering our radiators. I will make contact with my friends and contacts within NASA to see if they may have some leads.

In addition, I can call a sub-supplier to Hamilton Sundstrand that makes smaller air to air precoolers coolers and see if they are interested.

I noticed someone mentioned LORI for CAB. I have used them in the past for repair of helicopter (aluminum) oil coolers, they also were manufacturing aluminum oil coolers.
