    '65 electric window motor replacement

Can anyone tell me the secret to romoving and replacing the electric window motor on the driver's side of a '65 coupe? I pulled the panel and there seems to be no way to get to the motor? Am I missing something? Thanks, JOHN

It helps to have small hands and long forearms, but it can be done. Access hole is toward the rear of the door. IIRC you may have to remove a metal plate covering the access hole. Use a mirror and light to look inside the door and establish in your mind how you would unplug the wires and remove the motor. A significant portion is done blindly, by feel. Take your time, it can be done.
