Need last minute help !

I am finishing up the last of some small items for tomm. flight judging. I need some expertise on a couple of items:

I have a 67 427/390 conv.

I added a missing fuel overflow hose, and a black plastic fastener should hold the hose in place. My question is What does the fastener attach to ?

2nd question: Does a 67 w/FM radio get one of those yellow FM rception tags on the control knob ?

I forgot one more thing:
When I bought the car it came with a color matching cushioned arm rest that fits between the seats on the console. Did this come from the factory ? or dealer installed ? should I take it out ?

It attaches to the right rear bumper brace ( the short round one on the vertical part of the bumper).
Yes it should have the radio tag.

Yes Ron. The center arm rest is not factory. Remove it for judging.
