    1963 Seat Covers

Would anyone have a picture of the rear of the bottom seat? I would like to see how they secured and transition the return flaps. The covers that I had removed were not originals and the quality and procedure of installation was poor.

    Thanks for any help!

I think 63 and 64 covers are very similar. Al Knoch assembled my 64 seats. Take a look at the seat pictures I have in my album. www.pbase.com/valrico4 My seats are out right now so if you need a specific shot/view I can take a new one for you.

      Thanks for the response!

Chuck if it is not too much of a problem, I need the view from the very back of the seats. I have the upper backs done, but I need to know how to secure the rear corners on the bottom cushion.

Have you completed any more on your project, I enjoyed viewing your pictures on your web page.

      Thanks for your help!

I'll be able to take a few for you tomorrow afternoon. Would you like them e-mailed to you or posted somewhere? ... Do your seat back bottoms look like mine at the lower edge, with the metal points showing through?

I'm making some headway, be it slow. The bodyshop is finally ready to do the partial birdcage replacement so this week I have been removing the rest of the dash, steering column, heater box, carpet, soft top frame, and under dash wiring.
