    6V Elect. Ignition FOUND!

    To any 54 fans out there, Bob Schenkel was so kind to refer me to someone making a 6 volt elect. Ignition module that fits inside of a 54 distributor. The manufacturer is Pertronics.com 800-827-3758. The item number is 1161-N6.

          You bet! I've heard too many nightmares on the poor quality of breaker points available now, and I wanted a reliable alternative. But no one (judges) is allowed to look inside!

              Hey Joe, while your above statement may be true, if you don't let them look inside the distributor then the judges can't verify you have a correct #'s and date - 8 points (5 originality 3 condition) .
