65 vette sunvisor mountu=ing screws?

Hi Guys,

Are the screws that hold the sunvisors to the windshield frame #6 1/2 "long countersunk oval head philips chrome plated,

Or are the plated 1/2 " washer head slotted screws./

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

They are 10/24 chrome plated phillips head screws about .75 inches long. If you have sheet metal screws in there now, make sure you rethread the holes before you install the new screws.

Ken Thanks for the info. Do the 10/24 screws have any form of lock washer?
