I haven't done it recently, but removing the splash shield should give you enough room to get up to the latch and activate it from the bottom.

If you can pull on the cable it's self "Housing' it should release it.

Also, that is why the wire should be bent at a right angle right after it passes through the stop. If the stop screw comes loose, the cable willnot pull out of the stop and will still actuate the latch. This is the way the factory did it, and many judges look for this bend in the wire.

i forgot to bent the wire thats why the stop fel of
so i will just try to remove the splash shield and try to reach the latch from underneath

it will keep me buzy and from the street
i guess ?
