Just curious if anyone knows when they built big blocks and small blocks on any given day how where the vin #'s assigned. There is a 66 corvette on ebay for sale that was the next car made from mine, both are big blocks. Did they make say 10 BB's in a row then switch to small blocks when assigning vin#'s or was it just random?
As far as big block/small block, there was no particular order in which they were assembled. There could have been several big blocks in a row but it would have been strictly random. I've heard that C2 A/C or N03 cars may have been intentionally spaced differently but I don't know this for a fact. It seems reasonable though.
