'67 info Help Needed

Looking to buy a '67 with the following info to check its authenticity.I do not have a JG or reference manual as of this time.
Vin#-194677S110462
Trim Tag-Chevrolet Div. General Motors Corp Detroiy Michigan-G10 67 467 STD. S5491 Body 974AA Paint
Block Pad-7110462 VOI26H0 or VOI2640 Hard to distinguish if it is a 4 or and H

The car is a 327/HP? convertible, automatic no other options.

5K body number seems a little high for a 10K serial number considering there were four body number sequences, two each at AOS and St. Louis. Also the body date G10 seems a little high for a 10K car. I would expect that to be for a 14K or so car. Are you sure of your numbers.

Wayne,
Yes the numbers are how they appear on the pad, trim tag and registration.
Does the S have to be stamped on the block pad,or is it typical of how its stamped without it.
Interesting point where the trim tag numbers do not corolate with the vin.
Can you further explain?

Greg, #s look right. Build date = feb.10 Vin#s = feb10 motor deck 1-26.
sounds perfect. One # missing is the cast date. Don

Yea, you are probably correct, since the final monthly serial number was #12262. It just seems odd that over half of production was St. Louis built convertible bodies. After all, who would clone a HO(PG) car?

The odd thing is the car is badly weather beaten,both the interior and exterior, which was repainted sometime ago Marlboro Maroon.The seller is stating it has the original lower ball joints still installed on the car with 26,000 original miles.It is missing all shielding,air cleaner,gauges do not work,rear end noise possibly U joints,missing trim rings and caps,1 pop up light motor weak.
Asking price $45,000.00.
Does it all mean that all numbers do not match?
What is wrong with today's market on '67's?
