    60 Wiper arm

The knurled insert in the arm is worn and pops off. Is there a fix? If not, what's a good source for replacement?

Drill out the rivet that holds the drive hub to the arm AFTER releasing the tension spring. Replace the drive hub with a fresh one from a donor arm.

Chevy and other passenger cars & trucks of the era used similar drive hubs on their wiper arms but with different length/different geometry arms. This is how those in the wiper arm 'restoration' business go about fixing original arms that have 'chew' marks on the drive hub and/or bad chrome over the drive hub's pot metal casting.

Some of the catalog houses sell replacement SS rivets so you can do the job yourself. You'll have to shop for a source...
