Hello,
I'm in the middle of a body off restoration. I have just put the body back on and was trying to align the front end with some simple tools like a protractor. It should be possible to get the suspension more or less right this way and then drive it to the shop to get it further aligned.
I was trying to get the caster right, but somehow I don't remember how you can do this. I know you should take the degrees of camber on both wheels both turned fully left and right. But do you substract or add the figures ? Normally you get one positive and one negative reading for eacht wheel.
What are the correct values for the front suspension ?(caster, camber, toe-in)
Thanks
Yves
