I know that I have seen this procedure in the GM Service Manual but now that I am looking ofr it I can't find it.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Kurt, the glass adjustment section is near the front of the manual. I do not have one in front of me at the moment, but it is in one of the first sections.
If you're talking about the Chassis Service Manual, Dick's on the money. Look in the front of the book for a special section on Corvette Body. It has text on door adjustments and that covers the side glass...
