I am trying to take off the headlight bezels from my 75.The one on the driver side came off with no problem.The passanger side seems to be to low and i can't get it out.Is there an adjustment that i can make to get it higher so that i can remove it?

If you're trying to pull the bezel straight forward to remove it, then you'd have an interference problem if the buckets isn't perfectly flush with the car's nose. Yes, there are up/down adjustments, but they inter-relate and you should get a copy of the '75 Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual to read up on what does what.
Dealership mechanics didn't worry about 'perfect' bucket alignment though. They worked with cars as built and simply pulled the bezel forward slightly then, instead of trying to fully remove it in a forward pull, 'rocked' down/in on one side to get the opposite side up/over the bucket and then reversed direction to 'snake' the bezel out. Works fast and well + saves you a lot of 'fine tuning' adjustments on the headlight bucket mechanism...- Top
