Ok-Ok, I surrender !!
Thanks to Robert Eisner who supplied me with the AIM sheet referencing the LT-1 Hood / Decals. Thanks to Tony Hurtado for emailing me as well and offering assitance.
It's easy to misunderstand written words. It was the exclamation point after the "Clear" comments and just the sound of Jack's post that seemed a little different to me. No big deal. I already knew that the cars didn't have Clear on them and thought that was obvious by my first post. If I didn't know the Clear/Laquer thing, I really wouldn't feel like I belonged here in the first place.
So....with all that said, No, I wasn't looking for someone to put the decals on for me, and Thanks for the replys.

On my 1970 the point of the driver's side chrome hood scoop aligns with the mid-point of the flat on the top of the letter L on the decal. On the passenger side the point of the chrome hood scope aligns about 1/8-inch from the peak of the number one -- that is 1/8-inch toward the beginning of the number.
