NCRS judges cars to the standard "as built with the then standard dealer new car preparation."
Bloomington Gold's standard is "as built by the factory."
Those standards are paraphrases, and more detailed information is available from the offices of each organization.

You do have a good point, which is all the more reason why judging manuals should be as correct as possible. Some need "a little work".

Jack,

You are right and we (the proposed Dutch Chapter) will throw in another stick in the wheel: multi-language support for our non-english-native speaking members. Don't worry, I'm sure this fantastic organisation has the flexibility to work something out together with us...
