    need help with contacts with good turn over time to restore my original 3 piece console ........... THANKS ALL

      The 63 console is very difficult to restore. It is an aluminum piece that is clear anodized. I believe most people that replate metals could re anodize the part. The problem is that any scratch or damage to the console will show through the anodizing process.
      I had my console refinished and it brought back the shine, from a distance it looks good, close inspection shows some of the old defects.

          Nancy, hold on for sticker-shock. As I recall it's over $500. You can try Andy Cannizzo. I believe his cell is 732-809-0606. He dedicates his time to 63's only. His prices are a bit high but his quality is also very high.

          Hopefully others with jump-in and comment.
