Shouldn't there be a left AND right wiper arm in my set? I think they are Rplacement NOS arms but both are angled the same when placed one on top of the other. Thanks!

Yes, wiper arms for Corvette were opposing hence there'll be a RH and LH arm. Cars that ran non-opposing sweep patterns used the same arm for both sides.
Getting real McCoy arms for your car is a tough enough task these days without having to worry about the seller goofing up! But, since the C1 arms were fixed (mid-year and Shark used arms with a cant adjustment to skew the angle of the blade relative to the arm and that adjust screw has to be positioned up), you can 'make' a RH arm into a LH arm...
Simply clamp the tip in a vice and SLOWLY and gently bend the spring steel 90 degrees to the opposite orientation.
