Sunwest Auto Specialties, End of story????

For those of you have read my earlier posting regarding the subject company, here is the rest of the story,I hope. After calls and e-mails to him Karl Roepke called me twice during the last 3 weeks to advise the belts were being finished. I received them a few days ago and they look very nice! The latest problem is that we arrived at a final price when we discussed them at Orlando and he confirmed that price on the back of his card. A NCRS judge was with me at the time and thought that his price was OK. Anyhow,when I got the belts along came an invoice for an additional $225.00. I e-mailed Karl reminding him of our agreement. I haven't heard back as of yet. I'm hoping that he will remember our agreement and will forget the additional amount. Have any of you had the same problem????

I'd pay the agreed to price and forget it. This type of behavior torques me off big time.

Agree with Tracy, if you still have his card, photocopy the back and send check for the agreed amount. Just my 2 cents

I agree with the Terry's, copy his card and send a check for the agreed upon price. I would not pay him a nickel extra.Tom
