After taking off rear lights, front lights, front grill and so forth for rechroming..i am putting things back together. All my front lights work fine including head lights, turn blinkers and park lights. The rear brake lights work fine and so do the rear turn signals. The problem is the rear driving lights...when i turn the headlights on i expect to see rear driving lights...but nada. I tried replacing the headlight switch earlier tonight with a repo part i purchased but same result. Obviously i will put my original headlight switch back when this is all solved i am just trying to figure out why no rear driving lights. The fuses are ok..i have changed out bulbs ...but no driving lights. Any ideas on what my problem might be.

Re: 1967 rear driving lights ..need help
Did you check to see if there was power at the socket? If there is, then look at the grounds. If not go to the rear body connector.( near the driver side kick panel) The Brown wire is the TL feed. If no power there go to the switch. The wire there is also brown.- Top
