    1960 heater capillary tube

I,m restoring a 1960. The temperature control valve had been replaced with a different unit. i now have the correct unit complete with the capillary tube, but am not sure how to route it. i don't see a hole in the heater core housing, and the tube seems long, does it coil? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it coils around in a spiral on the front of the valve mounting plate.

      John,
Thanks for the response. Do you know how the cap tube enters the heater core housing? the only way i can see is for it to be either pinched between the housing and mounting plate, or through one of the heater core outlet holes in the housing, and niether of these sound right to me.
