67 390hp BB - What PVC engine clips should I have?

On my 67 427 390hp Big Block, Non AC, with a Holley, what PVC clips should I have? I have seen diagrams that show two, one mounted to the Carb Stud, and one
to a intake manifold bolt on the Driver's side front.

Does anyone know if I should have one, both, or niether of these clips?

It takes one bracket on the carb stud, as shown in your Assembly Manual in section L36, Sheet A9, and in your '67 Judging Guide.
