The 66 that I am doing originaly came with TI Ign. At some point in time someone took it out. Trying to go back to the original configuration. The Wiring harness that I bought has two resistor wires in it. Is the coil ballast risistor used in the TI setup? Also the engine wiring harness has two pink wires that would go the the coil in a standard set up. What happens to these two wires in the TI set up? I hope I made sense. Thanks, Robert

T.I. cars didn't use the separate ballast resistor; the required resistance was in the cloth-covered wires in the T.I. harness. The production engine harness reworks for T.I. are shown in the K-66 section of your Assembly Manual, and there's lots of T.I. information at Dave Fiedler's site, www.tispecialty.com .- Top
