'70 windshield frame replacement--need dimensions

Well, the W/S frame looked okay until all the sealent and crud was removed. I am looking for every possible measurement to insure that the new piece is at the proper angle, height, etc.
I did measure a few areas before disassembly, but I am not sure if the w/s frame was properly aligned---for instance, measuring from the top of the w/s frame to the top of the door jam yielded a 1/2" difference from driver's side to passenger side.
Please advise where I can find these measurements. I have looked in the assembly manuel, resto books, etc. without success.

How much of the windshield frame are you going to replace? I replaced the top piece, both top corners and removed fiberglass to replace the left and right cowl pieces on my 70.

Jim,
At first it appeared that just the top left corner needed repair, but I decided to replace the entire w/s frame and the corner cowl pieces.
I cut it just below the trim tag (looks like I can save the tag area). I really need some dimensions.

I might use the new windshield to provide the proper dimensions. Is this a (hm..1970)T-top..removable hard top..convertible? The glass should overlap the pinchweld by at least a 1/2 inch. where the top meets the glass and the side windows roll up should give you a pretty good idea of where you need to be..better than factory..a custom fit..(I may be wrong..I'm just a glass guy)
