checking my Dec. 83 parts book, I can't come up with the 3.110 Filter - Strainer, Fuel Tank Gage for 1968.
The reference to it in Eckler's and others indicates it is the same '68 to '74, '77-'81. The Chevy manual doesn't show that. It shows:

The only reason I'm looking for the GM numbers is that I have an AC Delco warehouse close and I can have the strainer Monday probably rather than paying shipping and waiting a week or two.
The 5651702 looks like my strainer except mine is black.
