Getting rear rotor off a 65 c2?

Is there a trick to getting the rear rotors off a 65 c2? Caliper is off, no rivet holding it on, but it just wont move.

make sure you have the rivets out, check your parking brake. you might need to tap it with a rubber hammer.

As Lyndon says, make sure that your parking brake mechanism is completely backed off. It will hold the rotor so fast that you swear the rivets are still on.
