          Re: More Le Mans pics

          Thanks Rob,

I'm also a Canon fan. I took my old F1 to the Indiana regional. Haven't used it in a few years and forgot how much fun it is. I guess I have become too used to the convience of digital. The film is still waiting for me to take it to the processor. Kodak has come out with some great new professional films recently that I want to try.

In FD series lenses I have a 50mm F1.4, 24mm F2.8, 35mm F2, 50mm F3.5 Macro, and a 135mm F2.5. I was always going to buy a zoom and a long lens but never got around to it. Since this is an antique now maybe I can score some good used ones in the shops or on Ebay.

The 35mm is the best all around wide angle but you can get some interesting pictures with the 24. The sides will round over some though. With the macro you can focus in on a nat's hair. It's great for high detail shots on the restoration projects.

          Tom
