About 30+ years ago, I began recording/documenting the running changes on 63-67 cars. My research eventually focused primarily on 63 as this was the year that had, by far, the most changes. The list is incredibly long and still growing. I still learn something new just about every time I am able to inspect an unrestored car. I'll never complete "The Mysteries Of The 63 Corvette". It's endless and day by day, there are less original examples to use to document these changes. Good luck with your project.
