    64' Spindle removal follow up

Well, I got my hands on the GM spindle press, but had no luck removing the spindle, actually started deforming the t-arm!

So I followed Duke's advice and pulled the t-arm, surprisingly enough it cam out VERY easily, (saoked the pivit bolt over the last couple of days).

Qeustion is who do you recommend for the rebuild? Bairs adds say they only service 65-82.... I emailed them this morning but haven't got a response yet.

If Bairs won't touch them, who do you all recommend? has anyone used the service offered by Covette Central?

As usual thanks for all the posts! it made the job a whole lot easier.

I build the 63 & 64 arms if you need help I can walk you through the job if you want to attempt it. Same bearings, same porcedure, the spindle is different as are the studs, but not a big deal.

Yogi and Brian also do the 63-64 arms. Van Steel, as mentioned, also does good work.
