There are no GM records on quantities of option combinations. So there is no way to determine how many of any particular combination of options were produced.
Sometimes people will combine the production ratios of certain options to calculate a quantity for a particular option combination. However, that would only be an estimate and may not be very accurate. For example, option A was 10% of total production, and option B was 10% of total production; therefore the combination of options A and B together would have been 1% of total production.

You might call me a smart ass but, the Corvatte Black Book lists 13,925 convertibles and 3,454 Daytona Blue cars in 1964. There are no numbers provided for silver interiors. You will have to extrapolate numbers for a fairly reasonable guess (SWAG) as to how many of the combination were assembled.
