Gonna participate a small 4th of July parade tomorrow and thought it was a good excuse to try on the wide wheels for the first time. They look OK with top down, but they are real sharp when the black soft top is up. With dog dishes off I look like I'm ready to go racin'!
Dennis...1957 airbox car #4007 was delivered new with wide whites and two tops. Have picture of that special plant pick up. well sort of..plant insisted that a union guy drive the car to the dealer across the street from the plant for pick up.
Dave your car looks fantastic! very nostalgic..a real classic! You should be proud.
Re: Lyndon, I'd Love to Post a Pic, But Have a Dum
Dennis,
Send me the pic and I'll post it for you.
I love the PS beans with the spinner. If I had known about them before I bought the Salt Flats I would have done what you did. I may still. It's a beautiful wheel.
