Rob, My wife was looking over my shoulder while I was looking at this AD (and some of the others you have posted and also the one that Roy posted with the little girl) and she is almost positive that the models name was Suzy Parker. She was the top model from mid 50s thru the mid 60s when she quit modeling. She died of cancer on May 3rd 2003 at the age of 70. There is a big article about her in the May 2006 issue of Vanity Fair Magazine.
