Re: 1965 Fuel Injection Spider
I had them each flow tested and they do not have the correct amount of flow. With the rebuilt spider the car loads up and fouls out the plugs and it would not even idle. The whole injection system has been rebuilt. The fuel pump isbeing rebuilt by a man here in Ohio who is supposed to be one of the best in the country. He is the one who did all the testing on the spiders
and explained that they were not flowing correctly. He has cleaned and flow tested the original and thinks that I might be able to get away with running it for a while but advised that if I could find a NOS original it would be best.- Top

Re: 1965 Fuel Injection Spider
Hi John,
Thanks for your response. I trust the rebuilder knows what he is talking about. He is rebuilding the high pressure pump. I'll have to talk to my partner to find out if he mentioned the spill valve and the accelerator pump.
Been trying to digest evrything he has told us but this is my first experience with a fuelie.
