64 coupe dash wiring harness

Several questions pertaining to the installation of the dash and wiring harness.
-Under the dash, drivers side, there is a cross member/brace bar? there is a hole above the steering column bracket, what goes thru there? Oil pressure line?
-Also, on the right side of the steering column bracket is the emergency brake bracket with a hole on top - what goes thru there?
-The condensor that attaches to the ammeter, how does it attach to the clip? The condensor has a brass connection (V) shape, it does not fit into the black ammeter connector?
-Cigarette lighter, the wiring diagram show a solid red wire connecting to the back of the lighter. It also shows a black wire attached to the top of the lighter? Where does it clip on to?
As you can see, I am not an expert in the electronic diagrams, hopefully I will be able to connect all and get this baby on the road!

The central hole in the pedal support is for the odometer reset cable.

The hole in the parking brake handle bracket is for the oil pressure pipe.

The copper flag on the capacitor adjacent to the ammeter goes on the outboard terminal in the connector (closest to the door).

There is no black wire for the lighter - it has a red wire to the center terminal (hot all the time), and the lighter housing is grounded through the cluster itself. The other wire is gray, and it's for the illumination bulb that snaps into the slots in the housing.

All of these items are shown in your Assembly Manual.
