Is it possible to change the body mount cusions without removing the body?

I'm not sure what year you have but it can be done. You would have the body up a few inches to complete the task. The chances of stiring up a can of worms is about 95% and you will end up with the body off to correct the damage done trying to remove the bolts and other rust issues that show up. I have never got all the bolts out before at least two or three turned in the cages. Then you need more room to fix the caged nuts.

Yes, you can jack the body a BIT off the frame to gain clearance, BUT you need to do this VERY CAREFULLY! That's because there are some items (e.g. wiring harness components, Etc.) that are attached to both the body and frame/engine components...lifting too high without a cautious eyeball can rip, tear, break things!
