53/57 Front Grille

I am considering having the front grille and oval re-chromed on my '56. Has anybody figured out an easy way to remove grille & oval without removing the radiator?

At the very least, I should think you'll want to remove the grille teeth and grille bar. Regardsm

Remove teeth near the assy support bar , then remove the whole unit, the oval left and right support plates (curved) will be the hardest to get to to remove. Tinny little hands and arms make it all more easy, removing the rad. is a bit*h.

like Roy said it can be done if you have a friend with tiny hands it helps allot but i have done it many times just stick your hands back in there and go at it
