54 Broken Body Mount Bolt

I'm in the process of removing the body from my 1954 and had a problem with one of the body mount bolts directly behind the passenger seat. The bolt broke off and it seems the plate that the bolt screws into is situated within an area of the body behind a fiberglass panel. Do I need to plan on cutting a hole in this interior panel (which is hidden behind the seat) for the repair.

I would expect this may be a common problem with a disassembly and would like some advise on the repair.

Not body bolt . you mean seat frame bolt???

It would be a body mount bolt since it was accessed from under the car, though a hole in a support mounted to the frame, and into the body. When I was attempting to remove the bolt I could hear it "spinning" behind the fiberglass panel before - of couse - the bolt broke ;-O

You have two body bolts behind the seat , nothing fifferent the outer bolt may have a large fiber washer glued to the body that broke same as the driver side
