Re: C-3 locked out!!! help
Also, getting into it depends on the lock smith. Locally, I have a lock smith that has keys for every year car. He has hundreds on large rings. I took a lock to him and he simply just started trying keys. Actually, he gave me a chair and all the keys and said start trying them untill you find one that works. I eventully wiggled one and got it to open. We then took the lock apart and determined the actual key for it. You might have luck like that. Terry- Top

Re: C-3 locked out!!! help
If the dealer you bought it from is still in business and has the records the key numbers are on the invoice and should be recorded on the car prep sheet. Call them and ask but be prepared to prove you own the car. Also the numbers may be available from Chevrolet, any dealer can call with the serial number and may be able to get them for you.- Top

Re: C-3 locked out!!! help
If you bought it new you should have the key knockouts or paper work that has the key codes on them. If it only has 750 miles on it you better think about a plan of what you want to do with your low mile Corvette. For sure don't try to break in or change the locks.Lyle
