    C2 PositiTraction Oil

What is the preferred oil to be used in a PositiTraction rear end.....? Also, there doesn't appear to be a drain in mind (late '64)..... I guess you pour in the new oil over the top of the remaining old oil.....?

    Thoughts....

Use a standard suction gun, available at most auto parts stores, to draw out the old. Reverse the process to put in new. Btw, add one container of GM brand positraction additive before you put in your new gear lube. You will find that there as many preferences for gear lube as there are Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Personally, I use Mobil 1 synthetic.
