Is this a Paragon, or other Vendor item or can they be purchased at a F.L.A.P.s?

No, these are a Corvette-only item and were discontinued by GM quite some time ago. They are not available through auto parts stores. Sometimes, auto parts stores will sell you one, but it will be the wrong one.

Dr. Rebuild still shows them in his catalog, but I don't know if they have any left, or not.

I bought a brand new slip yoke for my Muncie from America's Finest Corvettes - www.corvetteusa.com ... .. 760-443-8982. They advertise in the Driveline.

The gent I spoke with over the phone said these slip yokes have a much higher Rockwell hardness than the original factory yokes. These repro yokes are very close in appearance to the original factory slip yokes, too. From the sound of it these slip yokes are hot sellers.
