1953-1972 Corvette Specifications Guide

On Ebay I found this NCRS publications:

I was wondering whether this is still available new (don't think so as I cannot find it neither in the online store nor in the driveline)? Is this a valuable piece to have and how many pages does it contain?

Go to www.ncrs.org, click on the store logo and see if it is still there. I THINK it may be out of print.

I have this but mine is old. Not sure. I do reference mine though.

It has the same name as the pocket size Corvette Specifications Guide sold today. If you are into old NCRS books this is for you.

back in the late 80's, this publication, an original, was sent to each NCRS member. that quarter, you got this book instead of a Restorer Magazine. The spec guide was the work of John Amgwert and Brian Futo. mike

Yes, it is. However, the new pocket-sized book is divided into two versions, split based on year groups.

That spiral bound 91/2 x 12 dimension book is a great source. I would highly recomend it, very useful reference guide, especially at swap meets.

That one is not sprial bound -- it is perfect bound. There are several versions of that book -- more than just the binding is different.

Both of mine are Fourth Edition, Spring 2004; don't know if those are the latest edition or not.

The book on ebay is actually Volume 16 Number 1 of the Corvette Restorer Magazine that was sent to all the members as Mike stated but you have to look inside the front cover to see it. A spiral bound version of the same size was available through the NCRS store for some time. Now two smaller versions are available that have been updated several times over the years. For anyone looking for the 'missing' issue of their Restorer collection, this is it.
