what do these numbers mean on a Holley carb: 3884505 DA, 3367, and 0814? Especially what is the date code and what does DA mean?

Danny,

The carb is a replacement dated carb for a 66 Corvette small block 300 or 350.
The DA with the part number is a Chevrolet assigned application code.
3367 is the Holley list number. 0814 means the 81st day of 1974, 84 or 94

If it has slotted fuel bowl screws and other slotted body screws it is likely to be a 1974 replacement, but these items can be changed. If it has Hex fuel bowl screws and all phillips body screws it is probably a later decade.

Up until model year 1972, holley carbs only had a 3 digit date code with the year being the first digit, then month,and week.
