C2 Gas Tank & Job Number and what else?

Just removed the gas tank and found the second location of job number, 370. The tank also had a light ink stamp on the side of 18? (? may be a 0 or 9).
Notice an ink stamp on rear panel (same panel the job number is on) about 3/8" high that reads March 11 1964 (the March is all run into a blob). Before I clean and destroy any thing, is there any other marking I need to look for??

What color is the support bracket painted? Its black, but what shine?

The strips of black paper are they just tar paper stips, the type available at lumber yards for decks?

    Thanks

    Alan -

The ink stamp on the rear bulkhead was applied by the supplier when the underbody panel was molded.

The tank support should be semi-gloss black (it was originally dip-primed).

The tank anti-squeak pads are essentially heavy roofing tar paper strips.
