GM #3878261 is a Holley model 4150 carburetor originally used for 1965 Chevelle with Z-16. This is a very rare application. However, the 3878261 is not a rare carburetor. A lot of this particular carburetor were sold "over-the-counter". As a matter of fact, it was available until September, 1981.
The 3878261 carb had a Holley list number of 3310 so I don't know where the "331834" comes from.
GM #1100554 and its successor part number, GM #1102849, are part numbers for a 63 amp NEW Delcotron alternator which has a very wide range of applications. Among these applications is 1969-81 Corvette with 63 or less amp original alternator. GM #1102849 was discontinued in Januray, 1976 and replaced by a succession of alternator part numbers including GM #1103061 and 1105360. Both of these are also NEW alternators with a configuration virtually identical to the 1100554 and 1102849. The last of the replacements, GM #1105360, was discontinued in March, 1999 and replaced by a REBUILT Delco alternator of GM #1979865.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

By the way, I should have mentioned that the alternator part numbers I previously mentioned are SERVICE-only as far as Corvettes go; they were not originally used in a Corvette application. They may or may not have been used in PRODUCTION for some other GM car or truck---it's not really worth even checking out.
Also, as I've mentioned previously, even though the part number stamped on the alternator may not be the same as that used on Corvettes, the alternator, itself, may be otherwise identical to the one used on Corvettes. There are a HUGE number of alternator part numbers. All of these represent, basically, just a few different alternator configurations with minor nuances of difference to suit various chassis applications.
The fascination with original alternator part numbers never ceases to amuse me.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
